Bitter End offers unlimited complimentary use of their extensive fleet which comprises various sizes of sailboats and sailing yachts up to 24’, windsurfers, kayaks, Boston Whalers (with outboard) Hobie Cats and 30’ sailboats (for additional charge). Kiteboarding is also available at an extra charge. For guests staying a minimum of 7 nights, complimentary excursions to neighbouring islands and snorkel trips are also included.
The Bitter End sunset cocktail cruise is also complimentary – sip a rum punch or champagne as the sun goes down.
There is an excellent sailing school and dive facility, where one can learn to dive or more advanced divers can visit famous dive sites such as the “Wreck of the Rhone” (chargeable). The popular Pro-Am Regatta takes place at Bitter End every November where amateur sailors can crew for the “Greats” e.g. Lowell North, Keith Musto, Russell Coutts and a host of others.
Dining at Bitter End is informal and dress is casual – enjoy an after dinner cocktail on the softly lit Almond Walk.
Accommodation is in Beachfront rooms with hammocks and thatched roofs or air-conditioned North Sound Suites. All rooms are spacious with breathtaking views, king size or twin beds, fridge, coffee maker, complimentary welcome drinks and snacks, and en-suite with large shower.
