At Long Bay Beach Resort, bicycles, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks and surfboards are provided complimentary for guests’ use, and between November and March, the surf is up so you can ride the waves to your heart’s content.
Long Bay Beach Resort offers complimentary drop-off and pick-up at Smuggler’s Cove which is another stunning beach and great for snorkelling. Smuggler’s Cove is approximately 1 mile from Long Bay Beach Resort. If you like to dive, the concierge at Long Bay Beach Resort will be happy to arrange this for you.
Long Bay Beach Resort also offers complimentary Yoga classes at the beach, and tennis and pickleball too. Complimentary tennis and pickleball lessons are offered to guests once a week, and mountain biking, hiking and fishing excursions can all be arranged. You would need to apply for a fishing license to fish anywhere in the BVI.
Small boat sailing and windsurfing can be found at Cane Garden Bay which is approximately 15 minutes’ drive from Long Bay Beach Resort. If you would like to go on a day trip, Long Bay Beach Resort have their own boat and excursions are arranged for their guests. Just ask at reception. You can also catch the ferry from Road Town, capital of the British Virgin Islands, and spend the day on Virgin Gorda or Anegada.
Long Bay has a guest library where you can exchange books you have read for books you would like to read.
At the end of the day you can enjoy a relaxing beachside massage whilst listening to the waves lapping the sand.
