You can be as active or lazy as you wish – you can go Bouldering at Spring Bay, a few minutes’ drive away, go snorkelling at the famous Baths on Virgin Gorda, which is also close to CornucopiaBVI, book in some dives with Dive BVI, or if you can’t dive and want to learn, Dive BVI offer excellent beginner courses.
You may want to hike to the top of Gorda Peak on Virgin Gorda and enjoy the spectacular views.
Day sails are available to book from Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour and Leverick Bay. Leverick Bay is about 20 minutes’ drive from CornucopiaBVI, or if you would like to spend a day on Tortola or Anegada, the ferry service is excellent, and the ferry dock is only a few minutes’ drive from CornucopiaBVI.
At Leverick Bay on Virgin Gorda there is a huge choice of water sports for you to enjoy from kayaking and Boston whalers to sailing and stand up paddleboarding. You can also hire jet skis and try your hand at Flyboarding with Blue Rush Water Sports. Kitesurfing is offered by Up ‘n’ Under Water Sports who also organise Kitesurfing Safaris with an experienced guide. Snuba is fun and is for those who want a bit more than snorkelling but don’t necessarily want to dive. You can book this with BVI SNUBA at Leverick Bay.
There is an excellent spa located at Leverick Bay on Virgin Gorda and if you don’t want to drive there, the spa therapists will come to your suite at CornucopiaBVI.
