1 Paradise Lane

1 Paradise Lane offers a gourmet kitchen, outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and rooftop deck. There is a pool which is shared with Sunset Watch villa and steps leading down to secluded Nail Bay Beach.  1 Paradise Lane Villa is the perfect place to relax, re-charge your batteries, and soak in the stunning sunsets each evening.

Both bedrooms are en-suite, one with king bed and the other has a king that can be converted to twins if necessary. One of the bathrooms has an outdoor shower.

The most talked about feature of 1 Paradise Lane is the rooftop deck which is the perfect spot to sip a cocktail and watch the sun go down over Virgin Gorda and the neighbouring British Virgin Islands.

Another great feature of the rooftop deck is the giant chess set offering 2’ high chess pieces to practise your chess moves. Other fun things to do include a golf putting green training mat and a Jenga game.

Nail Bay beach is steps away from 1 Paradise Lane, down the stone pathway. Enjoy a picnic on the beach complete with hammock, snorkel one of the best spots on Virgin Gorda or kayak along the waterfront. Beach chairs and sun parasols are provided for guests’ enjoyment.

There is a good choice of places to dine on Virgin Gorda including the Sugar Cane restaurant with its swim up bar and pool, which is a few minutes’ walk from 1 Paradise Lane.

Coco Maya restaurant complete with fire-pit is another favourite and Hog Heaven with its stunning views of the BVI is also close-by.

Guests staying at 1 Paradise Lane have complimentary access to the facilities at the Nail Bay Sports Club on Virgin Gorda which is a few minutes’ walk from the villa. Here you can enjoy tennis, squash, air-conditioned gym and table tennis.

If you enjoy lots of different water sports, 1 Paradise Lane is about 10 minutes’ drive from Leverick Bay where you can hire a Bradley for the day and at Blue Rush Water Sports, learn how to fly-board, hire a windsurfer, indulge in dinghy sailing and a host of other things too. Blue Rush Water Sports will deliver equipment free of charge right to 1 Paradise Lane.

Travelling from the UK to the British Virgin Islands

The most direct way is from Gatwick to Antigua with British Airways and onwards to Tortola with inter-Caribbean Airways, which is also a non-stop flight. Virgin Atlantic fly from Heathrow to Antigua and the onward flight is with inter-Caribbean Airways to Tortola. Alternatively, BVI Holidays can charter a private aircraft just for you and your party. You will be met when you disembark your transatlantic flight and fast-tracked through immigration and customs and taken to your waiting aircraft.

Travelling from Scotland

Flights from Edinburgh and Glasgow can also be arranged to connect with the Gatwick and Heathrow flights on certain days. Flights from regional airports can be arranged through Paris or Amsterdam to St Maarten and onwards to the BVI.

Travelling from New York, Boston or Miami

If you would like to have a few nights in New York, Boston or Miami before heading to BVI, this can also be arranged. The onward flight is via Puerto Rico which is a 35 minute hop over to the British Virgin Islands or again, a private charter can be arranged.

There are no direct flights to the BVI which is why the islands remain unspoilt, uncrowded and uncommercialised. From the summer of 2023, there will be a flight from Miami direct to Tortola.
